Management company accused of stealing more than $200,000

Posted: Updated:

Several Homeowner Association board members say their bank accounts are empty and they were all being serviced by the same management company, Pride Services Group.

Dunwoody police investigators say they received the first complaint on July 10.

The president of the Gramercy Town Homes reported that the complexes' vendors were not being paid and more than $200,000 was missing from the HOA bank account.

After looking into the claims, police discovered that three other police agencies including APD, Chamblee and Fulton County had received similar complaints involving Pride Services and its owner Michael Sisson.

FOX 5 went to the Chamblee office of Pride Services on Thursday and there was a sign on the door from police reading, "Ordinance warning, failure to pay."

Residents at several condo complexes involved say they feel violated. Michael Sisson's lawyer tells FOX 5 they are fighting any and all allegations aggressively.
