Big E celebration comes to North Georgia

Posted: Updated:
You know what the "Big E" is, right?  Elvis!  And the King is being celebrated in North Georgia this weekend!

The 11th Annual Big E Fest and ETA Competition happens this weekend in Cornelia, GA.  It's all the brainchild of Joni Mabe, owner of the Loudermilk Boarding House Museum and a woman known as "The Elvis Babe."  Mabe is an Elvis collector, and the festival celebrates all aspects of the singer's career.  Oh, and in case you don't know -- ETA is "Elvis Tribute Artist" -- so there's gonna be a whole lot of sideburns and jumpsuits involved!

Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken has a secret desire to be an ETA, and went running to Cornelia for a preview of the weekend festival.  Click the videos above to check it out!
