2 teens arrested in fatal Forsyth Co. DUI crash

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. - Forsyth County investigators have made a second arrest related to a fatal crash that killed a teen in Cumming.

Jeremiah Luke Funke, 18, has been charged with Possession of Marijuana Less than an Ounce, Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol and Maintaining a Disorderly House.

According to authorities, Adam Robert Joseph Di Millo, and three other passengers, had just left Funke's house before the crash. There was a party at Funke's residence with approximately sixty teenagers.

According to authorities, Di Millo, 17, crashed his 2011 Dodge Ram on Kelly Mill Road around 1:18 a.m. on Saturday morning.

During the accident, an unidentified teen was ejected and killed and three other teens were hospitalized after the car was impaled by a telephone pole.

Di Millo was arrested and charged with DUI, Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol, and 1st degree Homicide by Vehicle. DiMillo will make his first appearance on Monday.
