Mattie's Call issued for missing Clayton County man

UPDATE: Police have found him safe.


Clayton County police issued a statewide Mattie's Call early Friday for a missing man who suffers from several medical conditions.

The alert states 51-year-old Eugene Forest Anderson was last seen Thursday night at the Riverwood Behavioral Health facility located at 223 Medical Way in Riverdale.

According to a news release, doctors have diagnosed Anderson as schizophrenic who also suffers from depression and a heart condition.

Anderson was last seen wearing jeans, shoes and a blue jacket.

Anyone who makes contact with Anderson should notify the Clayton County Police Department or dial 911 immediately.
