Greyhounds safe after massive fire at shelter

SNELLVILLE, Ga. -

Authorities spent the morning at the scene of a fire at a Greyhound rescue in Gwinnett County.

The fire broke out on the 4800 block of Annistown Road in Snellville.

The house served as a shelter for retired racing Greyhound dogs. Authorities said all of the dogs were accounted for an are safe.

Authorities have not released the suspected cause of the fire.
