LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. -

A tight-knit Georgia community is reeling from an accident that claimed the life one of one young woman and injured another.

On Saturday night, 16-year-old Annah Robinson was killed in a car crash outside her house on Rail Hill Road in Lumpkin County. Georgia State Patrol says the driver, Annah's boyfriend 18-year-old Forrest Blake, somehow lost control and hit a tree. Annah was instantly killed.

The other passenger, her 13-year- old sister Emily Robinson, was flown to Grady Memorial then transferred to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston for care. She is still there receiving treatment for two broken legs.
Classmates and friends of the Robinson sisters went to school on a day off to pray for Emily's recovery and remember Annah.

Friends said Annah was supposed to be singing at a choir performance at Lumpkin County High School.

"She loved to sing so everyone is just doing a lot of singing and we're all just comforting each other," said Delaney Durham, a friend of Annah's.

Friends painted message of love to Annah on a school boulder while others left signs and flowers.

School officials said counselors and support staff will be available for students on Tuesday. Friends of the Robinson sisters said that students will gather before school and pray for the family.

A memorial service for Annah Robinson is schedule for Wednesday at the high school.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the crash.
