'Housewife' Kandi Burruss brings life to 'A Mother's Love'

You know her name and you've seen her on a couple of reality shows. Kandi Burruss is on-set at Good Day Atlanta to talk about her plans for a big new project.

Not only is it happening right here in Atlanta, but you have a chance to be a part of it.

Burruss has made her mark as a singer, songwriter, producer, business woman and one of Atlanta's favorite housewives. She's bringing not only this experience, but also her producer/fiancé Todd Tucker to this passion project called A Mother's Love. It's a new musical production presented by Kandi Koated Entertainment & T-Tucker Productions.

Here's information on the open casting call:

When: Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Where: Woodruff Arts Center, 1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, Black Box, 3rd Floor

Looking For: Female & male singer and actors in their mid-20 to mid-50's

*Be sure to prepare 16 bars of Amazing Grace and bring two non-returnable photographs of yourself.
