SPALDING COUNTY, Ga. -

Authorities say a 4-year-old caught with a loaded gun at his school in Spalding County will not face criminal charges.

According to the sheriff's department, the district attorney has decided against pressing criminal charges.

The student does face disciplinary action from the school system.
