Posted: Updated:

Thelma Wright was born in Philadelphia.  She went to a Catholic school and was raised to be a nice, good girl.

She married a man and things changed.

Thelma Wright eventually rose to the top of the "game" and became Philly's "drug queen" following the death of her husband.  She made a lot of money, but that life was not glamorous.

Thelma wants to get her message to all the young people who think the street game is a way of life.

This morning, Thelma was our guest on Good day.  She spoke about her new book, "With Eyes From Both Sides."
