Deputies in Anderson County, S.C. are trying to trying to figure out if a toddler left on a front porch could be from Georgia.
The homeowners they found a child between 2 and 3 years old inside a stroller after someone rang their doorbell.
There was a handwritten message on the girl's diaper that said, "Call DCAF please."
Deputies believe those letters may stand for Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services.
Authorities are trying to find out what the child's medical history is so they can treat her in the future if problems arrive.
