Man bites off waiter's lip at midtown restaurant - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

Police say a homeless man was arrested after allegedly of biting off part of a waiter's lip outside a midtown Atlanta restaurant.  Carl Winston faces a charge of aggravated battery.
    
Police say Winston attacked waiter Rodney Scott as he stepped outside the midtown Flying Biscuit for a smoke break. Authorities say that earlier, Scott had asked Winston to leave because he was asking restaurant guests for food and money.

Winston is being held in the Fulton County Jail.
