Atlanta officials announced on Friday that the city is temporarily suspending its red light camera program.
According to a press release, the contract with Xerox expires at midnight on March 15. After that, all red light cameras within the city limits will no longer operate.
The program is expected to return by mid-May, pending a new vendor.
Red light cameras are currently installed at:
• Spring Street at North Avenue
• Cleveland Avenue at Metropolitan Parkway
• Freedom Parkway at Boulevard
