ATLANTA (AP) - A 25-year-old Cobb County man is dead after police say his stalled out car was rammed from behind by a suspected drunk driver.
A spokesperson with the Clayton County Police Department tells FOX 5 News that Olvin Gallo-Flores' 2004 Nissan 350 ZX stalled early Sunday morning on the I-285 westbound ramp from I-75 north in Clayton County.
The Mableton man died when a Chevrolet Express Cargo Van slammed into the back of the Nissan, according to police.
Police said charges are pending against the driver and a passenger in that vehicle. They are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.
The identities of the two were not released.
