School bus overturns in Gwinnett County - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

Authorities in Gwinnett County say one child was on a school bus when it overturned on Friday. They say the accident happened on the 5000 block of Mink Livsey Road near Harley Beth Drive.

Jorge Quintana with Gwinnett County Schools tells FOX 5 that the special needs bus was carrying a 1st grade student from Craig Elementary School when it overturned at 6:30 a.m. He says the driver and the student were not injured, but the child was taken to an area hospital as a precaution.

It is not known what caused the bus to overturn.
