Suspected 'Buckhead bandit' arrested - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

A man who police say targeted Buckhead businesses is in custody.

Officers arrested William Berry last month at a Walmart on Howell Mill Road for shoplifting.

Atlanta police say he tried to steal a pellet gun and a pair of gloves.

Investigators have since made the connection to a string of robberies along Peachtree and Piedmont Road in January.

Five businesses in all were robbed including a Subway, Walgreens and Radio Shack.
