DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -
Lakeside is studying the possibility of establishing a new city in north DeKalb County.
The Lakeside City Alliance released a revised city map after getting feedback from the community.
Revised boundaries include the area between Interstate 85, North Druid Hills Road and Chamblee-Tucker Road.
Some people were surprised to find out they live within the boundaries.
The alliance gathered more input at a public meeting on Tuesday, where some residents expressed concern about taxes and public safety.
If Lakeside forms a city, it would include about 60,000 residents.
