BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) - Georgia House Speaker David Ralston is expected to join college administrators in coastal Brunswick to dedicate a new $9.2 million classroom building.
The Florida Times-Union reports the College of Coastal Georgia plans a dedication ceremony Friday for the Correll Center for Teacher Education. The 31,885-square-foot building houses the campus' degree programs for training teachers, as well as other learning centers.
Ralston helped the college get state funding for the addition in the 2012 fiscal year and visited Brunswick for the groundbreaking ceremony about 13 months ago.
