CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -

A huge tree fell near the home of a Clayton County resident, knocking out waterlines to her home and her power.

Homeowner Mildred Keller says the tree fell in the driveway, but it did not fall on the home. It did damage a window.

"Can't get in the house. Kind of dangerous trying to go in there. We don't have no water. It damaged our waterlines and power lines. Now we don't have any power. We can't -- it's going to be cold if I stay in this," said the 71-year-old Keller.

Keller said that the tree was actually in her neighbor's yard.

"The house is vacant and he lives in Alabama," Keller said.

Her insurance company says since the tree did not fall on the home, it's Keller's responsibility to get rid of the tree. Keller says she can't afford it, and is on a fixed income.

As seeing the story on FOX 5, a tree service has offered to help Keller.

It is not known what caused the tree to fall.
