I-85 near downtown reopened, suspect in custody - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

Atlanta police Interstate 85 just south of downtown is back open after officers took a person who was threatening to jump from an overpass into custody. 

Earlier Monday morning, police responded to the overpass on I-85 north at Metropolitan Parkway, where the possible jumper was located.  At one point, all lanes of traffic were stopped due to the situation.  The roadway has since reopened.
