ATLANTA -

Atlanta police now believe two smash and grab burglaries this week are related.

On Wednesday, police say someone threw a brick through the front window of Grease Monkeys, a vintage store on Glenwood Avenue. They got away with t-shirts.

Also on Wednesday, police say someone backed an SUV into Mac's Beer and Wine on Peachtree Place. They got away with high-end liquor.

Police believe the getaway vehicle is a 1997 purple Dodge Caravan with a grey hood and damaged bumper. It has a Florida tag that reads BITQ24.
