Suspect sought in Checkers shooting - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

Atlanta police say a man was shot in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant early Friday morning.
    
They say the victim was in his car at a Checkers restaurant off Campbellton Road when someone shot him. The suspect fled on foot.

The victim was taken to Grady Hospital in critical condition.

Police believe the incident was an attempted robbery. There have been no arrests.
