An ethics board will soon consider a complaint filed against Spalding County Commission Chair Gwen Flowers-Taylor.
During the meeting Monday, officials will review whether any ethics ordinances were violated when Flowers-Taylor posted Election Night comments on Facebook.
In her complaint, Connie Pound said Flowers-Taylor used offensive language in a posting.
During an earlier hearing, Flowers-Taylor said her online statements were protected political speech and that she posted them while at home using a personnel device from a personal account.
County rules forbid officials from engaging in conduct considered "unbecoming" to their position.
