DeKalb DA to seek death penalty for 3 accused in motel murder

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -

The DeKalb County district attorney will seek the death penalty for three men accused of murder at a Super 8 motel.

Darrius Aderhold, Christopher Foreman and Jonathan Ray all appeared in court for a pre-trial hearing on Tuesday.

The suspected gang members are accused of robbing and killing 46-year-old Robert Ross last January in Tucker.

DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James says evidence suggests all three men participated in the crime, so all three will face the death penalty.
