Fans go all out for the big SEC Championship game

It seemed the eyes of the south were all fixed squarely on the Georgia Dome on Saturday for the SEC Championship game between the Georgia Bulldogs and the Alabama Crimson Tide.

The fans came dressed to show their support at the de facto BCS semi-final game as the winner of the game goes on to face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to determine who will be the number one college football team in the nation.

From tailgating to clothing and signs to sports gear, fans who went to the Dome on Saturday went all out.

In Athens, many Bulldog fans took over downtown businesses for watch parties.

Many fans who spoke with FOX 5 after the game say that regardless of the outcome, it was an exciting game.
