Hot Topic: Are you happy with your weight?

ATLANTA -

According to an online Daily Mail report, a new Gallup Poll says most Americans are happy with their weight despite being heavier than they were 20 years ago.

The report found that the fatter Americans become get, the heavier their ideal body weight becomes.

According to the report, men say their ideal weight is 14 pounds heavier than when the study began in 1990. It says men weigh 16 pounds heavier on average than 20 years ago. As for women, their weight is up 11 pounds over the same time period, with their average weight rising 14 pounds.
