Frost advisory, freeze warning issued for metro area

Prepare your plants and pets for another cold night on Thursday. The east side of the metro area remains under a Frost Advisory, while the west side is under a Freeze Warning.
According to FOX 5 Storm Team chief meteorologist, the lows will be in the 30s overnight, so bring in the pets and plants.
Temperatures will be in the 30 to 34 range outside of the perimeter, and 35 at the airport, according to Ken.
The cold snap isn't expected to last long; temperatures could be back in the 70s this week, Ken says.
