Fulton Co. police seek help in locating missing man

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

Fulton County police are asking for your help finding a missing man. Leroy Douglass Carter, 48, was seen last Friday morning on Westchase Lane in Atlanta.

He is 6',2" tall and weighs about 165 pounds. Carter might be wearing a gray windbreaker jacket, a Kangol-style hat, blue jeans, and he may be carrying a dark-colored toiletry bag.
