Suspect arrested after DeKalb SWAT standoff

TUCKER, Ga. -

A nearly four hour SWAT standoff in Tucker ended after the arrest of a suspect.

Police were called to the Bentley Place Apartments off Chamblee-Tucker Road just after midnight.

As SWAT members surrounded the unit, officers evacuated residents from some nearby apartments. No one was hurt.

It is not known what prompted the standoff.
