Police say family member locates missing Fulton County man

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -
Fulton County police a 48-year-old man who was reported missing on Tuesday has been found.
Police say Leroy Douglass Carter was found by a family member in Union City. They say he was found safe and unharmed.
Carter was last seen on Thursday at Westchase Lane in Atlanta. A family member talked to him on Friday at 10:30 a.m. Carter told that family member that he was at an unknown train station.
