A new building in Atlanta was dedicated to Martin Luther King Sr., the father of famed civil rights leader.
The Ebenezer Baptist Church where the elder King preached dedicated the new Martin Luther King Sr. Community Resources Complex in his honor during events Sunday.
Former Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young delivered a sermon for the occasion.
Church officials said the building is the only global tribute to the man who helped guide his son into a pioneering civil rights leader.
