2 women arrested, accused of stealing from seniors

COBB COUNTY, Ga. -
Cobb police have arrested two women accused of targeting seniors at an assisted living home.
Investigators say Candace Janet Ballard and Jayne Cherelle Phillips stole jewelry, credit cards, and computer equipment while they toured an assisted living facility in Acworth.
The two have now been charged with burglary and credit card fraud.
Detectives say they were able to recover a significant amount of jewelry and computer equipment that they believe was also stolen from other senior centers.
