Andrea Sneiderman asks to visit husband's grave

DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - A woman accused of conspiring in the fatal shooting of her husband outside a suburban Atlanta preschool has filed court papers asking for permission to visit his grave.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (http://bit.ly/VZszyi ) lawyers for Andrea Sneiderman filed a motion Friday asking the judge in her upcoming murder trial for permission to observe Yahrtzeit on Nov. 18, the second anniversary of Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman's death. The Jewish religious tradition involves reciting a prayer and the lighting of a 24-hour candle.

Sneiderman is currently under house arrest at her parents' Johns Creek home. She was arrested in August and accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband. She has pleaded not guilty. Neuman admitted to the killing and was sentenced in March to life in prison.
