DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. -

A Douglas County jury deadlocked on a decision whether a teen is competent to stand trial for the brutal murder of his great-grandmother.

Gevin Prince, 16, is accused of killing the 77-year-old with a sword in August 2011. Prosecutors say the two got into a fight over video games.

State psychologists declared him competent to stand trial, but another psychologist disputed those claims.

Prince is being charged as an adult.
