1 injured in Clayton County shooting

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -

Clayton County police are investigating a shooting on Monday that occurred shortly after midnight. It happened at the Point Clear Apartments on Tara Road.

Police believe one man shot another man in the abdomen. They say the two apparently knew each other.

The man who was shot reportedly has non-life threatening injuries. It is unclear if the shooting suspect is in custody.
