Atlanta police are investigating a fiery death in a motorized wheelchair.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office has not yet released the name of the man who was found in a ditch in southwest Atlanta about 5 p.m. Saturday.
Firefighters were at a nearby grocery store and responded quickly. But they said the wheelchair was engulfed in flames when they arrived.
A police spokesman said the cause of the fire is under investigation. Police are also trying to determine why the man was in a wooded area between a restaurant and a dollar store.
