One person is dead and three others are injured after a crash in Fulton County that police say was caused by a tractor-trailer.
According to police, witnesses say just before midnight a big rig ran a red light at Camp Creek Parkway and Butner Road. The truck T-boned a Toyota Solara, then jack-knifed and struck a Nissan Altima. After striking the Altima, the truck rolled over and landed on top of a Toyota Camry.
Police say the male driver of the Solara was pronounced dead at the scene. The female driver of the Altima was transported to Grady Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Camry received superficial injuries and refused treatment.
The driver of the truck was transported to Grady Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, say police.
No names have been released in connection with the accident.
