DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - Authorities have identified the body of a man who was found entombed in concrete in the backyard of a northeast Georgia home.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation medical examiner's office said Friday that the man has been identified as 30-year-old Sean Dugas of Pensacola, Fla. The body was found Monday encased in a plastic storage container filled with concrete.
