DeKalb County police are investigating a deadly shooting at a gas station on Candler Road on Thursday night.
Police say two men got into a shoot-out as they walked out of the Marathon Gas Station at around 9 p.m. One person was killed and another was rushed to the hospital.
Investigators say the two men involved were the only people hurt.
Officers found a dog in the trunk of a car owned by one of the two involved, which they rescued.
Police are not seeking anyone else in the shooting.
