Atlanta police say an anonymous tip led them to one of the men they say robbed a college student.
Detectives say surveillance video that aired on FOX 5 help to solve the robbery, which occurred last month at a dorm on the Atlanta campus of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
"Within three hours of airing that newscast, I was able to get some really good information and names on suspects," said an officer.
Atlanta police have charged suspect Richard Chaney with two counts of robbery and two counts of false imprisonment.
Police are still seeking a second suspect who is still on the run.
Officials say the suspects tied up and robbed the students when the two SCAD students.
Authorities ask anyone else who may have information about the second suspect to contact them. They said that the tipster who led them to Chaney will receive a reward.
