Fourth suspect arrested in restaurant owner's shooting

ATLANTA -
A fourth suspect was arrested Tuesday in connection to the shooting death of an Atlanta restaurant owner back in August.
Authorities say 23-year-old Christopher Penson is charged with felony murder, and he's the fourth and final person to be charged in O.T.'s Lounge and Soul Food Grill owner Vanessa Elaine Thrasher's murder.
Thrasher was shot and killed on August 16. The suspects are accused of trying to rob the lounge.

The fox that bit two Newton County elementary school students while they played on the playground is still on the loose. Animal control authorities tell FOX 5 someone from Rocky Plains Elementary School reported a fox sighting on campus one day before the boys were attacked.
