DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -

The man suspected of gunning down a Georgia National Guard soldier at a drive-in theatre in DeKalb County pleaded not guilty on Monday.

Police accuse 32-year-old Quentric Williams of fatally shooting Mitt Lenix at the Starlight Drive-In back in May.  Investigators say the 28-year-old martial arts expert asked Williams for help with his car when he was shot.

Williams faces charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, fleeing to elude police, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  He is being held without bond.
