APS officials to meet with North Atlanta High parents

ATLANTA -
An outraged Buckhead community will meet Tuesday with Atlanta Public Schools leaders about major changes at a local high school.
According to parents, security officers showed up at the North Atlanta High campus on Friday and interim principal Mark Mygrant and his administrative staff were told to leave immediately.
Mygrant planned to retire last year, but was serving as interim until the school named his successor.
The new principal doesn't start until the end of the month, but a transition team starts Wednesday morning.
