FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office has released the autopsy report on the fan who fell from the Georgia Dome.

According to the report, 20-year-old Isaac Grubb died from blunt force head trauma.

Preliminary screenings showed no alcohol or drugs in his system.  Officials are still awaiting results from blood alcohol samples sent to the Georgia crime lab.   That could take up to six weeks.

Grubb died last month after he fell 45 feet from an upper deck during the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game.
