One person was killed in an accident on Beaver Ruin Road at the bridge over I-85 in Gwinnett County on Monday.
The accident involved three vehicles and a motorcycle. The 38-year-old driver of the motorcycle was killed, according to Cpl. Jake Smith of the Gwinnett County Police Department. His name has not been released.
Four other drivers and passengers were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Smith said.
Drivers were urged to seek alternate routes as crews worked to clear the scene.
