Jury deadlocked in sentencing of man in Bobby Tillman death

After days of deliberations a hung jury was declared on Friday in the Bobby Tillman murder trial.
Jurors could not unanimously decide whether Tracen Franklin should get the death penalty for the 2010 beating death. That means Franklin will definitely be sentenced to life in prison.
A judge will decide next Friday whether he will get the chance for parole.
Franklin is one of four charged in Tillman's murder.
One person has already pleaded guilty and is serving life with parole.
