DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -

Police in DeKalb County are asking the public's help in finding a missing woman who has not been since September 15.

The family of Wyteria Jackson tells police she was last seen at her home at 5 p.m. Saturday as she left for a baby shower. They say she was last seen wearing blue jean capris, a pink tank top with white polka dots, and black shoes.

They say the 46-year-old mother of eight daughters is an employee of Turner Broadcasting. She called into work on Monday and Tuesday, said Andrew Jackson, Wyteria's husband, said.

"I felt like for her to call in that Monday, I felt like something was going on, I felt like someone was making her do it," said Andrew Jackson.

Her husband said that she called 911 early Wednesday stating that she was locked in the trunk of her car.

Jackson was driving a 1998 four-door Saturn, with Georgia tag BNQ-1837, according to the family.

DeKalb County police said they believe that call made on Wednesday was likely made in Atlanta along I-85. Atlanta Police have been called in to assist in the case.

If anyone has any information on Jackson, they are urged to call DeKalb County police at 770-724-7850.
