Officers' stories differ in county commissioner incident

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -

DeKalb police officers tell conflicting stories on their decision not to arrest a DeKalb County Commissioner caught drinking and driving in July.

One former prosecutor told FOX 5 Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell that even two months later, a case could still be made.
