BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) - Florida Atlantic is stepping up in class over the next two weeks.

Way up in class.

A program that hasn't won its game in its own league - the Sun Belt - since November 2010 is now setting out to play 2 of the best teams in the nation, on the road, from the Southeastern Conference on consecutive weekends.

FAU visits No. 7 Georgia on Saturday, following that up on Sept. 22 with a trip to No. 1 Alabama. The school is 0-9 all-time against ranked teams, getting outscored 440-92 in those games, and they're 43-point underdogs against the Bulldogs this weekend.

The Owls say they're eager for the challenge. And Georgia coach Mark Richt says he expects FAU to be "more excited about playing" than worried about anything else.
