Marietta man arrested for robbing, raping woman in apartment

MARIETTA, Ga. -
A man is now in custody in connection to a rape of a woman at a Marietta apartment complex on Wednesday afternoon.
Marietta Police Department detectives tell FOX 5 News that Norris Leonard, 31, of Marietta, was arrested after he approached the woman at the Ashford Retreat Apartments on Windy Hill Road, robbed her at knife point and then sexually assaulted her.
Leonard was charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery, Aggravated Sodomy, and Armed Robbery.
