MARIETTA, Ga. -

Marietta police have arrested a North Carolina man wanted on three outstanding warrants, including rape of a juvenile.

A caller had reported a suspicious person along Wisteria Drive at around 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Investigators say 26-year-old Aaron Jarell Rodman got away from police after an initial vehicle stop, but officers caught him on foot walking out of some nearby woods a short time later.

Rodman is being held without bond in the Cobb County Jail awaiting extradition.
